Lecture on Spiral Dynamics, February 7

Last year Jan-Willem Kompagne provided a fascinating lectureon the ideas of Clare Graves, which have been developed into the Spiral Dynamics methodology.

At the moment Jan-Willem is back in our country and was more than willing to give a second lecture on Spiral Dynamics. During the regular KKF evening for entrepeneurs on February 7, a good number of attendees were able to gain knowledge of the value systems (drives) which motivate people and organizations, not only by means of the spoken word but also through projected images and sound.

With his enthusiastic way of presenting, deriving numerous examples from situations in everyday life, Jan-Willem kept his audience fully engaged for a whole hour.

An hour which proved to be insufficient to give a full description, still, it was a clear exposition about the functioning of the symbolism represented by the colourful spirals. Every spiral has a different colour indicating the value system handled by people in their environment depending on the situation that they're in.

This valuable tool can be used by companies and organizations to get an answer to the question of " what makes my staff tick" and to further work on achieving the desired situation.

As a follow up to this lecture, Jan-Willem will do a Masterclass for interested parties on March 13 and 14. For more information on the subject or if you want to register, please contact SpangMakandra.
